j'ai ANTIVIR qui vient de me trouver un probleme (DR/DROPPER.F.1)
je l'ai mis en quarantaine mais pouvez vous me dire comment l'enlever definitivement et en etre proteger

Assure toi que les contrôles activeX soient bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien=> Cybersécurité

• Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky
• Clique sur Accept
• Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.
• clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"
• Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
• Clique sur Next.
• Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

Enregistre le rapport généré.

Poste ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

NOTE: Le scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer.

bonjour

j'ai un souci avec kaspersky, cela fais 2 fois que je le lance et à chaque fois mon ordi se plante vers la fin du scan à 99% au bout de 4 h environ

c'est pour cela que je n'ai pas repondu pour l'insatant

je reessaye de suite ou y a t il une autre solution?

je ne comprend pas pourtant il a tourne seul pendant 3 h 58'

et ecran n'indiquait rien de particulier ???

que faire ?

on va faire autre chose :

Télécharge Dr Web Cure it

• Double clique sur drweb-cureit.exe puis sur Analyse. Accepte le scan rapide en cliquant sur Ok.
• Le programme va scanner la mémoire ton pc. Clique sur Oui pour supprimer ce qu'il te trouve. Cela ne devrai pas prendre longtemps.
• Une fois cela fait, clique sur Tous les disques durs.
• Clique sur la flèche verte à droite, en dessous du logo. Le scan va démarrer.
• Choisis "Oui pour tous" s'il te demande de nettoyer/déplacer (cure/move) les fichiers trouvés.
• Une fois le scan finis, tu devrais pouvoir cliquer sur cette icône =>
• Clique ensuite sur l'icône suivant et sélectionne "Move incurable".
  
• Une fois cela fait, fait Fichier - Enregistrer le rapport.
• Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Il devrait se nommer DrWeb.csv.
• Redemarre ton ordinateur, car des fichiers peuvent necessiter un redemarrage pour être supprimés.
• Poste le contenu du rapport en pièces jointes (pense à renommer DrWeb.csv en DrWeb.txt).

il y a un truc pas normal car ces 2 lignes ci dessous correspondent un mon logiciel de dessin professionnel (WinSTAR) serait il infecté ?
