erreur phpmyadmin sous ubuntu

je suis en train de me configurer un petit serveur web.
j'ai installer mysql,apache2,php5,php5-mysql et apres l'installation de phpmyadmin, il me met sa :
dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/phpmyadmin.conf

script should be fixed to not stop debconf before calling ucf,

Please inform the package maintainer about this problem.
Replacing config file /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php with new version
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password

sa viendrai du fichier config-db.php.
je suis aller voir a /etc/phpmyadmin/ et ce fichier y est bien mais il n'est pas accessible.
et quand je veut acceder a phpmyadmin par http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin, il met sa :
Not Found

The requested URL /phpmyadmin was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.11 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.6-3ubuntu4.1 with Suhosin-Patch Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80

Essayes de taper ces deux commandes dans le terminal: [CODE]sudo apt-get remove phpmyadmin
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin[/CODE

est qu'il ne faut pas juste remplacer le fichier config-db.php???
