    Bonjour à tous!

    j'ai une question des annales

    quel est le nombre de molécules de GTP qui seront utilisées pour le ribosome bactérien pour la synthèse d'une molécule du peptide codé par cet ARNm?

    en fait, je ne sais pas exactement comment reposer,
    comme il y a un échange entre GTP et GDP au long du cycle,
    et en même temps si je compte tous les GTP pour les différents cycles;


    je voudrais bien avoir vos avis

    Bonsoir,
    Voici le bilan de la consommation d'énergie lors de la biosynthèse d'une protéine à X résidus chez les procaryotes:
    - Aminoacylation ARNt: X ATP
    - Initiation (IF2): 1 GTP
    - Élongation (EF-Tu): X-1 GTP
    - Translocation (EF-G): X-1 GTP
    - Terminaison : 1 GTP

    Ça devrait pouvoir t'aider!

    Salut

    Il me semble qu'il y a quelques erreur dans la liste.

    il faut 2 a 3 GTP pour l'elongation (les mecanismes de proofreading consomment du GTP).
    donc 3 a 4 equivalent ATP pour chaque acide aminé incorporé (en comptant l'aminoacylation).

    J'ai un doute sur la terminaison, en effet on a bien un GTP utilisé pour changer la confo de RF3 et permettre son relarguage... mais ensuite, il faut encore dissocié le complexe 70S-ARNm-ARNt et ce grâce à RRF et EF-G, ce dernier, si je ne m'abuse utiliserai également un GTP pour donner un "dernier coup de pied" au ribosome et le séparer du messager.... Ca fait donc logiquement 2 GTP et pas un seul.

    Si quelqu'un peut confirmer?
