I want to test the effect of an antioxidant on the opening of the mitochondrial pore transition (MPT), my material means are limited, and I would like some help to find how to make a mitochondrial swelling buffer and the buffer of mitochondria isolation from murine liver

voilà, je veux tester l'effet d'un antioxydant sur l'ouverture des pores de transition mitochondrial, et j'aimerai avoir s'il vous plait, la composition de base pour avoir un tampon d'isolement des mitochondries et un tampon de gonflement mitochondrial (isolés à partir de hépatocytes murins)

y'a t'il quelqu'un pour m'aider !?
