Bonjour s'il vous plait dans la journée j'ai utilisé mon ordi normal en soirée je voulais l'utiliser mais en allumant le pc n'a pas démarré normale direct sa affiché un message écrit en blanc sous fond noir

Voilà je ne connais rien en informatique à part les éléments de base d'après ce que j'ai compris il faudrait que j'installe le cd d'installation Windows puis je vais dans langage puis cliquer à next et ensuite cliquer à réparer l'ordinateur le problème je nai pas de lecteur alors comment faire pour retrouver le démarrage normal sous windows 7 merci
