modeling of led
Hello,
in application notes "Modeling of Photodiodes, LEDs and LAserdiodes" the optical power of a LED is calculated:
ELED P 0 TABLE
{pwr(I(VLED),1.170105501)*EXP(-2.114426964-4.065819492*I(VLED))} (0,0) (1,1)
What was calculated with this expression? The expression for LED current is: I=Is*EXP(Uled/26mV-1)
but it is not the upper expression.
