    Bonjours, j'ai un problème, je n'arrive pas a ouvrir les links, que je reçois par msn ou par e-mail. Mon ordi est lent, et a de la peine a ouvrir une page sur internet. Mon ventilateur tourne très vite, mon ordi chauffe. Et je n'arrive plus a la fire demarrer en mode sans échec. C'est un Acer, avec mon système d'exploitations Window's XP pro pack 3. Pourriez-vous m'aider. Comme la première fois. Merci d'avances. Camari

    Bonjour,

    Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
    • Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
    • Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
    • Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
    • Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
      ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

    Reviens ensuite dans ce sujet pour poster en pièces jointes les rapports générés par la procédure.

    Bonjour.

    Rien de bien passionnant dans tes rapports ... à moins que quelque chose me soit passé sous le nez.

    Télécharge Malware Byte's Antimalware et installe le (assure toi qu'il se soit bien mis à jour avant de passer à la suite).
    • Redémarre en mode sans échec :
      • Redémarre ton ordinateur
      • Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
      • A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
      • Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
      • Choisis ton compte.
    • Lance MBAM et sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet". Patiente le temps du scan.
    • Une fois le scan terminé,clique sur "Supprimer la sélection".
    Si MBAM a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok. Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau lorsqu'il s'affichera. Poste le en pièces jointes (vide le cache de ton navigateur si le bouton Gérer les pièces jointes n'apparait pas).

    ======================
    • Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky (avec Internet Explorer, IMPORTANT)
    • Clique sur Accept
    • Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.
    • clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"
    • Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
    • Clique sur Next.
    • Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.

    A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

    Copie/colle l'entièreté du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

    Poste ce rapport en pièce jointe dans ta prochaine réponse ainsi que celui de MBAM.

    Tout souci ne se passe qu'avec MSN ou mail ? Si c'est le cas, franchement, c'est une bonne chose ... cela évite de cliquer sur des sites vérolés et de se faire infecter. Si tu es sûr du lien qu'on t'envoie, tu peux toujours le copier/coller dans ton navigateur.

    Poste le rapport MBAM et celui de KasperskyOnline stp.

    Bonsoir, j'ai fait les deux les rapports, qui sont joints a la discussion. Mais je n'airrive pas a faire um démarrage sans échec de mon ordi. Quand j'appuye sua la touche F8 rien ne se passe. merci . camari.

    Bon boulot, bravo, on enchaine :

    Assure toi d'avoir accès à tous les fichiers et dossiers :
    • Ouvre ton poste de travail.
    • Menu "Outils", "Option des dossiers", onglet "Affichage" :
    • Active la case : "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés"
    • Désactive la case : "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu"
    • Désactive la case : "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation"
    • Clique sur "Appliquer".
    Maintenant, tu as accès à tous les fichiers et dossiers du système d'exploitation.

    Bonsoir, voilà j'ai fait les manipulations demandées. Mais je n'arrive pas a faire un démmarage mon ordi en mode sans échec, avec la touche F8. Ou dois-je appuyé sur une autre touche.
    J'ai un portable Acer Ferrai 4000 , acheter dans cette configuration. Merci

    Je n'ai pas de certitude, je ne connais pas cette machine. Par contre, tu dois avoir une notice avec ton portable qui doit t'expliquer comment s'y prendre. L'as-tu cette notice ?

    Bonsoir, merci merci et encore merci, mon ordi donne l'impression d'aller bien. Mais j'ai encore deux questions, la prmière , je n'ai toujours pas trouver comment faire pour un démarrage sans échec ? Et ensuite dois-je faire encore une manipulation ? Un controle ? Merci . Camari

    As-tu téléchargé le mode d'emploi du lien donné dans mon précédent message ?
    Il n'y a pas l'info pour le mode sans echec ?

    N'utilise par contre jamais la technique avec MSConfig, elle est à déconseiller car elle peut bloquer la machine sur un redémarrage en boucle (à l'infini) et là, plus qu'à formater.

    merci pour ses infos, j'ai bien lu la notice, mais pas trouver comment démmarer en mode sans échec, et sa devien compliquer, alors il faut un peu de temps, désolé. Mais il y a une chose qui a changer , c'est le mode de la date , par exemple 2008-10-10, et j'aimerai la remettre comme avant , merci , camari

    Pour le mode sans echec, tu l'as déjà fait démarrer dans ce mode cette machine ? (je me demande si j'ai bien compris en fait, d'habitude, pas de soucis et la, le F8 ne fonctionne plus, alors qu'il fonctionnait avant ? rien qui ne s'affiche, pas de choix ?)
    Si c'est le cas, peut-être que les clés ont été corrompues dans la base de registre.
    Clique-droit sur ton bureau et crée un nouveau fichier texte.
    Dans celui-ci, copie/colle ce qui suit

    Assure toi que Retour à la ligne automatique ne soit pas coché.
    Sauvegarde le fichier sur ton bureau, en prenant soin de sélectionner Tous types de fichiers, en le nommant safebootSP3.reg
    Double-clique sur safebootSP3.reg et accepte la fusion avec le registre.
    Une fois cela fait, tu peux supprimer le fichier safebootSP3.reg

    Dis moi si tu arrives maintenant à démarrer en mode sans echec stp.

    Lance hijackthis (chez toi il se situe et est nommé ici : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\TonNom.et.Prénom.exe) et clique sur Do a System Scan Only.
    Coche les lignes suivantes, si présentes :
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - ????????l (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Console Java (Sun) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - ????????l (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: Skype - {77BF5300-1474-4EC7-9980-D32B190E9B07} - ????????l (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {DFB852A3-47F8-48C4-A200-58CAB36FD2A2} - ????????l (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Spybot - Search & Destroy Configuration - {DFB852A3-47F8-48C4-A200-58CAB36FD2A2} - ????????l (file missing)
    Ferme tous les programmes, sauf hijackthis et clique sur Fix Checked.

    Bonsoir, avant il y avait la mode demarrage sans échec, mais voilà il n'est plus là. Quand j'appuye sur la touche F8, rien ne passe. Et je n'ai rien compris au instrcutions de copier coller, désolé.
