Frisquet Prestige CD25 Boiler - The Fault presented - all LEDs flashed after the initial start-up of the Boiler.
I have just replaced C67, C74, C76, C70 and C72 on this board. They are decoupling capacitors for the Linear Voltage Regulators 7812, 7912 (?) and 7805 at the top of the board.

Je viens de remplacer C67, C74, C76, C70 et C72 sur cette carte.
Ce sont des condensateurs de découplage pour les régulateurs de tension linéaire 7812, 7912 (?) et 7805 en haut de la carte.
C67 = 470uF 25v was completely dead.
C76 = 470uF 25v was bad ESR
C72 = 100uF 25v was low and bad ESR.

I believe this was the problem and the solution is to replace these electrolytic capacitors which chemically dry out in the heat, however I cannot test the card. My friend paid for a new card. So, this one will be kept as a standby.
Je crois que c'était le problème et la solution est de remplacer ces condensateurs électrolytiques qui sèchent chimiquement à la chaleur, cependant je ne peux pas tester la carte. Mon ami a payé pour une nouvelle carte. Donc, celui-ci sera conservé en réserve
