Moment of inertia of bimorph cantilever beam

Hi

The moment of inertia about the center axis of the bimorph is linked equation1 associated to figure 1.

where Mt= tip mass , hs : thickness of substrate layer , hp : thickness of piezo layer

But i want the moment of inertia of bimorph (composed of two piezoelectric layers and a substrate layer) cantilever beam with tip mass like figure 2.

Please help me.
