calibration of the pump with automatic aspiration: before activating this sub-fubction key ,one reagent container with wash solution is placed on the analytical plate at reagent position R1 .After pressing "F2",the instrument executes a microflow cell wash cycle .after the washing,the screen displays the current setting of the pump.By changing the value of this setting (increase or decrease),the user can chek the amount of liquid necessary to be aspirated to fill the microflow cell. By looking at the tubing that connects the aspiration probe and the micro-flow,the user vill be able to determine the appropriate limit that is , the junction between the liquid and the air in the tubing should be approximately at the middle of the tube length.the procedure can be repeated several times until the appropriate limit is achieved.
