Question intéressante, en attendant plus avisé que moi sur le forum (je ne suis pas médecin), voici l'avis du Dr Marion Pepper à qui le NY Times a posé la question, en gros la réponse est qu'on ne risque rien, au contraire même:

Mais ce n'est pas la peine de se précipiter, du coup.Dr. Moncef Slaoui, chief adviser to Operation Warp Speed, said up to 10 percent of participants in clinical trials for the vaccines had been infected with the virus without knowing it. Their immune responses to the vaccine are being analyzed, he said.
